Role Overview:
Offering a salary of $150,000 base, plus 33% commission on fees generated from originated claims, plus bonus. We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team, focusing on plaintiff personal injury matters within the State of Florida. The ideal candidate will have proven trial experience, excellent litigation instincts, and the drive to deliver top-tier results for clients. While plaintiff-side experience is preferred, strong defense-side experience will also be considered. Trial Experience is required, with a desire to first-chair trials in the future. Prior state attorney or public defender experience welcomed. Prior first-party property insurance experience accpetable.

Our practice focuses on first-party property insurance, as well as catastrophic personal injury, wrongful-death, brain injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, and medical malpractice, both in state and federal courts. This position has room to grow in our expanding litigation department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex matters from intake through trial.
Collaborate with our Firm’s leadership team to build case strategy, engage experts, prepare depositions, motions, and trial presentations.
Maintain high standards of communication and client service.

Requirements
Requested Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
Trial experience, preferably first-chair, but strong second-chair experience considered.
Strong track record in personal injury or first-party property litigation, but will train the right candidate.
Excellent written, oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
Capable of traveling to and attending any Florida venue, as needed.
