Attorney – Land use, Zoning, Real Estate
Mid-sized firm with locations in Newtown, Bucks County, PA and Blue Bell, PA and Malvern, PA seeks attorney with 2 – 5 years’ experience in Land use/Zoning and Real Estate for our office in Newtown, Bucks County.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney specializing in Land use/Zoning and Real Estate at Wisler Pearlstine, LLP in Newtown, Bucks County, PA, with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters related to municipal, land use, zoning, real estate law, providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.
Qualified candidates must have excellent writing, research, and organizational skills, be excellent communicators and have experience in going to township/county meetings, and hearings. Must be flexible in changing priorities due to a fast-paced environment.
- Legal expertise in Land use/zoning/real estate Law
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong research skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
