The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) is seeking an experienced Deputy Director of Property Management to oversee daily operations of housing developments and property management staff. This role ensures compliance, high occupancy, and efficient property performance. 
Key Responsibilities 
Supervise, train, and evaluate property management staff  
Oversee assigned properties and ensure compliance with HUD regulations and HACS standards  
Assist with planning and budgeting for unit renovations  
Conduct annual and pre-move-in unit inspections  
Respond to emergencies, including after-hours situations

Requirements

Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree preferred  
Minimum of 5 years of executive-level property management experience  
Valid driver’s license required
