Seeking for a property caretaker in the Lake Melissa area, Detroit Lakes.

Looking for a reliable, motivated individual or couple to help care for a beautiful property near Lake Melissa about 2 1/2 miles from Detroit Country Club. The timing would be approximately May 1st through mid-October, weather dependent. Consideration given for flexible start and end dates for a post high school student applicant.

Riding lawn mowers and all hand tools and equipment will be provided. The schedule is flexible so applicant would have plenty of time to enjoy summer at the lake or take on other work. Housing (a 1 bedroom/1 bath cabin) will provided as a barter for 12 hours per week of mowing and general property maintenance.
