Requirements

Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential properties. Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, Section 8 housing regulations, and Fair Housing laws is highly desirable. Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms; experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, contracts negotiation, legal administrative procedures, and conflict resolution strategies.
